This EDT machine only one of its kind in the UK that provides internal oil path cleaning with a stationary engine.
It will clean carbon and sludge deposits from many areas including, sump, oil pumps, pickup feeds, turbo feeds, and other oil galleries.
Traditional oil flushes are performed by adding an additive to your warm engine oil and allowing it to idle for 20-30 minutes. This thins down your already used engine oil to allow it to flow easier for draining.
Because the additive is thinning the oil to allow better draining, it is compromising on the oils already lowerd lubricating ability, so running the risk of causing damage to your engine.
Your engine relies heavily on the condition of its oil to perform well and maintain correct emissions.
This engine cleaning machine is fully automated and uses bespoke heated mineral oil, pumping it around your stationary engine at 42psi. Not running the engine ensures no damage to crucial components during cleaning.
Standard filtration is around 20-30 microns. Now we can filter engine deposits down to 1 micron by performing a full cleaning cycle.
This engine oil clean improves the engine’s coefficient of friction, allowing new oil to perform to its maximum capabilities, making the car smoother and quieter to drive.

We prepare the car for the engine cleaning treatment. This involves draining the old engine oil and removing the filter.
The EDT machine pumps bespoke mineral oil into the engine which is heated and backflushed around the engine oil galleries and feeds.
This liquid removes the build-up which contains carbon and varnish and other particles via one-micron filtration.
Once complete a new filter is fitted and new oil added leaving the engine with no contaminated residue.
Using JLR diagnostics, carry out any relevant statistic resets in vehicle ECU.
